Q. How many session will I need?
A.

We start with a 15 – 20 minute chemistry meeting, followed by a foundation session, then usually 3 or 6 more sessions depending on your requirements. Packages can be found HERE

Q. How often do I need sessions?
A.

They can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on your requirements

Q. Is everything confidential?
A.

Yes, in line with our agreement. I may, with your permission, keep notes, but I am the only person who will have access to these

Q. Is this the same as therapy?
A.

No, definitely not. Coaching is not therapy, psychology or counselling – they all look into the past. We would concentrate on looking forwards to new goals and how you want life to be

Q. Is this the same as mentoring?
A.

No, to mentor you I would need to have ‘walked the path’ before you. With coaching I will walk with you as you choose your steps

Q. What about Mental Health Issues?
A.

If we think that you would benefit from talking to someone who is qualified in mental health issues, we would work together to find that person
