My Background
My formal coaching training started during a Leadership course when I was introduced to the GROW model, a methodology devised by Sir John Whitmore.
I later went on to work with his company. But having a curiosity about why people think and behave in certain ways has always been something that fascinated me.
Having completed over 500 hours of coaching and 125 hours of training I am now the Global Coaching Lead in Vodafone, overseeing both internal and external coaching for 100,000 people.
Studying Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Executive and Transformative Coaching plus Sydney Banks’ 3 Principles over several years has been enlightening, fulfilling and life changing. However, I don’t believe you ever stop learning, so I continue to read books, watch TEDTalks and join groups to enhance my knowledge. In addition to coaching, I am also a Mental Health First Aider.
