People already enjoy my coaching sessions in many different places all over the World, even though I’m based in the north of England.

With virtual meetings being a new part of our day to day life, it would be fantastic to meet you via an online platform such as Zoom, Webex or Teams.

I have never met my coach, I don’t have any idea what he looks like because we have only ever had telephone conversations! I also have many conversations with my coachees this way
When?
I usually say every 2 – 3 weeks for 60 to 90 mins. This gives time for you to think about what we’ve worked on and start to see great results, but most of the time I leave the regularity to you.
What?
I use a number of methods and exercises when coaching. No 2 coachees are the same so I do not plan in advance which technique I will use, I choose the best technique for the situation as it comes up. These include GROW, hypnosis, 3 principles, Hogan assessment, NLP or other disciplines and exercises I have learned through my coaching journey.
